By accessing this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
Booking Confirmation: Once you complete a booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the vehicle, pickup location, rental period, and price.
Eligibility: To rent a vehicle, you must possess a valid driver's license and may be required to present additional identification upon pickup.
Pickup and Return: Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed-upon location and time. Additional charges may apply for late returns.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at time of booking or upon pickup.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the rental period to avoid a 5% cancellation fee. Refunds processed within 7 days.
Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
We provide 24/7 roadside assistance for all rented vehicles.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Bulgarian Constitution. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
