These Terms govern the use of the car-rent.bg website and the car rental services provided by Car Assistance EOOD. By using the site you accept the terms set out below.

1. Definitions
- "We", "us" or "the Company" means Car Assistance EOOD.
- "You" or "User" means the person using our website or services.
- "Service" means the rental of vehicles and related activities.
- "Vehicle" means any car offered for rent by the Company.
- "Rental Agreement" means the written contract signed when the vehicle is handed over.
2. Use of the website
To use this website you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. The minimum age to rent a vehicle is a separate requirement and is 21.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making an enquiry. The content of this site — text, images and logo — belongs to the Company and may not be used without permission.
3. Enquiries and formation of contract
This website is not an online booking system. An enquiry sent through the contact form, WhatsApp or by telephone is not a reservation and creates no obligation for either party.
Availability is confirmed by a member of our team. A rental contract comes into existence only when the written Rental Agreement is signed at handover.
Vehicle information on the site is indicative. A particular vehicle may not be available on your chosen dates.
4. Renter requirements
The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for at least 1 year, or at least 5 years for premium-class vehicles. We accept identity documents and driving licences issued in any country.

5. Prices, deposit and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Payment is made in person at handover, in cash or by card. This website accepts no payments and processes no bank card data.
A deposit of €150 is taken at handover for standard-class vehicles; for premium vehicles the deposit is agreed in advance. The deposit is returned when the vehicle is handed back without new damage.
6. Cancellation and changes
A booked rental may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start. As no advance payment is taken, nothing is owed on cancellation and there is nothing to refund.
Extensions are possible subject to availability, with at least 24 hours' notice. Terms for an early return are agreed with our team case by case.
7. Use of the vehicle and liability
Only persons named in the Rental Agreement may drive the vehicle. The renter is responsible for the condition of the vehicle during the rental period.
Third-party liability insurance is included in the price. Collision cover (Kasko) is optional at €4 per day and covers damage to the rented vehicle. Exclusions are listed on the Rental Conditions page.
Smoking in the vehicle, towing another vehicle, racing, driving instruction, driving off sealed roads and subletting the vehicle to third parties are all prohibited.
8. Roadside assistance
Roadside assistance is provided for every vehicle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whichever insurance cover you choose.
9. Limitation of liability
The Company is not liable for loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the renter, nor for circumstances beyond its control.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act or other applicable mandatory law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the competent court in the city of Burgas, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise.

11. Language
These Terms are published in Bulgarian, English and Russian. In the event of any difference in interpretation, the Bulgarian text prevails.
12. Changes
The Company may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, showing the date of last change.
